2 Months with the acceptable but not ideal environmental temperature (without sunlight, burning, or moisture)
A) Claim your Printing Box within 15 days after receiving it. Under the defective cases, you may inform our Marketing department with your picture and return the actual defective prints.
B) Claim your Printing Label within 15 days after receiving it. Under the defective cases, you may inform our Marketing department with your picture and return the actual defective prints.

1. Return our prints for inspection purposes. Any defective prints will be claimed either with replacement or credit note (return money).
2. Send the information to our marketing department. We will contact you and our QA Quality Assurance Supervisor to solve the issue. Prints may be returned after the progress.
